About Eduniversal and its commitments :

As the activity of the Eduniversal Group resides mainly in the accompaniment of students in their orientation project, data collection is crucial in order to propose real suitable short, medium and long term solutions to each user.

We are already committed to an ongoing process of respecting our users' privacy rights. As part of the GDPR, we are strengthening our policy in this area, so our users’ data are collected and used in a readable, confidential and safe manner.

We are committed to sharing, in full transparency, the aspects of the operation of the Eduniversal Group's websites and platforms in terms of confidentiality, security, and the collection and use of personal data, and we will make every effort to protect you online.

GDPR compliance

The General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) took effect on May 25, 2018 and we truly believe in the interest of this regulation for a safe and secure internet. We aspire to the adoption of privacy protection and not exchange and store personal information that would not be directly useful to Eduniversal activities.

We pay constant attention to our users' data. Thus we may edit or update our policy. We invite you to consult the latest version in force, available on our websites and platforms or in the "Legal Notice" of our websites.

At any time, you can have your data exported or sent to you for review by sending an email to dpo-eduniversal.com. We will also honor any request you may make to have these data deleted and forgotten.

Data collection and purpose

When you visit our sites and/or when you register, we collect and process personal data such as your first and last name, e-mail and postal address, as well as your higher education preferences. We do this in order to be able to send you information and relevant content – according to your profile - about your studies and your entry into the job market.

On the platforms we use for our rankings, the purpose of data collection is to establish our rankings as higher education institutions, companies and students, fully participate, thanks to their answers, in the process. Your data will only be used for the purposes of the surveys or the publication of the rankings.

Use of cookies

In order to comply with the privacy directive, any user entering one of the Eduniversal Group sites is notified of the use of cookies by a banner.

We use cookies on our sites for many reasons. Firstly, some cookies are essential for the activation of certain crucial functions that for browsing. Secondly, Cookies also enable us to compile statistics on the use of our sites and thus to better adapt to the needs of our users.

Their sole purpose - like that of the Eduniversal Group - is to provide you with content related to your studies and/or your entry into the job market.

The personal data collected on the platforms used to produce our rankings, are never shared with a third (except in the case of students publishing reviews on the partner site studiesadvisor.net where their consent is required).
Data protection

The Eduniversal Group applies national technological and organizational security measures generally recognized so that personal data are neither lost, consulted, edited, disclosed from a third unless the disclosure of these data is required by the enforced regulation, and required by a judicial authority, the police, or any authority authorized by the law.

Data retention

The Eduniversal Group undertakes to anonymize after five years the data of any user who has not been active on its sites and receptive to its messages.

Your rights

According to current regulations, users of the Eduniversal Group’s websites will soon have the following rights :

  • The right to access, edit, update user data ;
  • The right to block or delete users' personal data if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
  • The right to withdraw consent ;
  • the right to limit or object to the processing of user data.
